Conclave is the event of the year for scouts across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas! At Conclave we have 9 Lodges and around 550+ participants all taking part of tons of games, activities, competitions, trainings, pow wow’s, ceremony competitions, amazing shows, and a ton more special events you can be a part of!

At the 2024 Conclave we will Chart the Course in leadership. This theme will be reflected in our massive shows, trainings, and activities.
Conclave is a chance to participate in a national level youth led event near your home, and it is an opportunity you will never want to miss!
